Founded by Reshma Mahadeo Sherkhane, a Food Technology professional from ICT Mumbai with a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Biotechnology and more than 20 years of industrial R&D experience, RRITE combines deep scientific knowledge with practical manufacturing expertise.
Her experience spans product development, process optimization, commercial scale-up, regulatory compliance, and successful launches across leading food and beverage organizations including Raptakos Brett & Company Ltd, Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd and Parle Agro Private Ltd. She has led R&D and commercialization of brands including Lactodex, Threptin, Nutrela, Frooti, Appy Fizz, BOMBAY 99, HIPPO and SMOODH.
